Black Township Fire and Rescue is looking for volunteer firefighters to serve and protect the district.

Must live in Black or Lynn Townships if you do not work in either township....or MUST work in Black and Lynn Townships and live in an adjacent township

Cadet Firefighters
The Cadet Firefighter program began in 1978 as the Explorers Program. The program only had a few participants but grew throughout the years. Today, this program is now more advanced and focused on teaching future firefighters the skills needed to become emergency responders one day.

Black Township Fire and Rescue is looking for firefighters in Posey County who wish to join the County Rope Rescue Team.
